Our StoryConvicted Printing was started in 2014 by Ryan Kole and Thom Schultz. The company was founded with the express purpose of developing a reintegration program to help mitigate the recursion rate found in the world of human-trafficking.
Co-owners, Kole and Schultz, are both philanthropists in the greater Tampa Bay Area. They have served as part of an organization called DCNoise. This organization hosts an annual event called Freedom Fest. This event features food trucks, live music, anti-human-trafficking speakers, and numerous organizations and vendors who are all united against human-trafficking. The purpose of the event is to create funding and awareness for the anti-human trafficking efforts. During the event planning for the second annual event, Kole and Schultz were researching the topic of human trafficking and one of their consultants mentioned the fact that if more businesses were willing to hire individuals who were coming out of the lifestyle that it would make a huge impact toward ending human trafficking. About this same time, Kole and Schultz were given a one color screen printing press. The two did not see this as a coincidence. For the next two years, Kole and Schultz devoted themselves to learning the craft of screen printing with the hope of one day having a business that could create jobs for individuals who have been rescued from human trafficking. It is with great confidence that we invite you to join us on this journey. Every purchase made through Convicted Printing moves the business one step closer to our goal of helping undo the hurt that is so present in our world. |
