In Jacksonville Florida, 4-piece math-pop band “Little Geronimo” is making their statement and pushing for the next step of their career with the release of their debut album titled “Celebration” which is premiering on Spirit Vision Records, who announced the addition of the band to their roster back in April 2022. Their highlighted single from the album titled “ Faded at the Symphony” features rising pop star Andrés and gives a well-rounded overview of what to expect from the the remainder of their album: A satisfying crossover between the head-bobbing math-rock and the extravagant dynamics of pop music, giving influence from bands like Strawberry Girls, Bilmuri, Dance Gavin Dance, and The Maine. Each track features a distinct and dynamic set of melodic choruses and thoughtful melodies that find themselves at home within the jazzy guitar licks that make the foundation of the majority of songs. No track feels like the one before it, but there is a familiarity and a recognizable element which Little Geronimo has spent time honing in on. Vocals do not stand in the way of the instrumentals and the instrumentals do not muddy up the pronunciation of the lyrics. The mix is well balanced and highlights the places that need to shine when they do. With memorable lyrics and groovy melodies, Little Geronimo has come into the math-pop genre with all they got, fighting for the top spot. Little Geronimo’s ‘Celebration’ is out May 20th via Spirit Vision Records on almost all streaming services. Little Geronimo is Brandon David (vocals), David Kennedy (drums), Adam Rorher (guitar), and Turner Payan (bass).
